The staff were amazingly nice and amiable and the location was magnificent on the main square. Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck was also not too far from the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Aiello Hotels in Milan for 3 nights. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the fountain and church from the windows. The location was ideal, right next to the metro station and just a short walk to the famous Duomo. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was impeccably clean and spacious. a great experience.
